Piper Hughes, MD

Piper Hughes joined Summit Nephrology in the spring of 2019. She grew up in Santa Barbara, California and did her medical training at East Carolina University (ECU) Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. She completed her Medicine Residency in 2015 and Nephrology Fellowship in 2017. She served as Nephrology Faculty and Assistant Internal Medicine Clerkship Director at ECU prior to moving back to California and joining Summit Nephrology.

Dr. Hughes currently sees patients in the Auburn and Roseville area. She lives in Lincoln with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.
